Varieties: 50% Macabeu, 50% Xarel·lo
Alcohol: 15% Vol.
Wineyard: Selection of the best grapes of Macabeo and Xarel·lo from Casa Berger’s vineyards located in Penedes region.
Harvest: Automatic harvesting, at night, which started on the last week of September.
Wine making: Craft winemaking. The white wine goes through a maceration process using over 50 natural extracts of herbs, flowers, botanics and spices. The aging process is rounded off in 500 litre oak barrels in our own cellar.
Colour: Dark mahogany in colour with flashes of orange, clean and gliceric.
Nose: The dominant aroma is liquorice with hints of citrus fruit and clove.
Palate: On the tongue, it’s deliciously smooth with a fine balance bettween sweetness and bitterness. It has an light agreeable aftertaste which lingers in the mouth
